This program offers workshops, activities, challenges, the fitness membership discount program, and many other programs and resources. The Mental Health Toolbox is a comprehensive resource that helps you determine where you are on your mental health journey and what supports are available each step of the way.
The toolbox features supports available through the Municipal Wellness Program, the NSFM Benefits Plan, and through community and national resources.

The Municipal Wellness Program is currently focused on five priority areas, identified through consultation with external partners, the Municipal Wellness Committee, and informed by research.
The Municipal Wellness Program was established in 2014 and is a partnership between the Association of Municipal Administrators, NS and the Nova Scotia Federation of Municipalities. It is made possible through the Municipal Group Employee Benefits Program with assistance from TELUS Health, Desjardins Insurance, Medavie Blue Cross, and Hub International.
