Dimensions of Health

Our program focuses on total well-being which includes physical, mental, workplace, financial, and social. These five dimensions of health are there to guide employees and elected officials in their wellness journey. The Municipal Wellness Program was established in 2014 and is a partnership between the Association of Municipal Administrators, NS and the Nova Scotia Federation of Municipalities. It is made possible through the Municipal Group Employee Benefits Program with assistance from LifeWorks, Medavie Blue Cross and Desjardins Insurance
