Empowering Your Work Environment: Techniques for Cultivating Awareness, Engagement & Mental Wellness

Mental health awareness and education is important to ensure a supportive work environment while reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues. These workshops will equip you with the tools to help create and maintain a culture that prioritizes mental health support and awareness for both managers and employees.

Workshop Objectives:

• Continue to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues
• Continue to build a mentally healthy atmosphere within workplaces
• Provide managers with skills to address mental health concerns and promote mental well-being within their teams

Cost:

• Manager Session: AMA member: $125; Non-member: $150
• Employee Session: AMA member: $90; Non-member: $117
