This quarterly Caught in the Act award recognizes and celebrates municipal employees and elected officials who are engaged in positive and health-promoting behaviours. This includes activities such as walking to work, eating a healthy meal, or taking a break to meditate or stretch.
This award celebrates their dedication to fostering a healthy lifestyle while inspiring others through their actions. To nominate someone, please email , and provide a photo, and a brief description of the municipal employee or elected official and what they are doing. I will contact all winning recipients for permission to share their photos and stories. Each award recipient will receive a $50 Walmart gift card.
